I am a designer with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with many diverse teams to create meaningful and impactful work. My projects encompass a variety of areas, including interactive sales centers for real estate, vehicle launches for a few major car manufacturers, and the development of a comprehensive design system for Canada’s largest organization.

Currently, I am employed as a Staff Designer – Visual Design at the Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, I play a pivotal part in assisting design and development teams in effectively utilizing RBC’s secure and innovative digital design system, which is known as RIG. My primary focus is ensuring that all team members are aligned with the system's guidelines and best practices. In my previous position as Senior Manager - Visual Design, I led the visual design practice for a large and talented team, which involved not only guiding the creative process but also managing crucial aspects such as hiring new talent, overseeing operational efficiencies, and ensuring that our team consistently aligns with our established brand language and vision.
