Infiniti is a unique luxury brand competing against some extremely large automotive brands in the traditional luxury space. Our goal for Infiniti was to build a brand that thrives and innovates in the digital space. At a time when other manufacturers were starting to look the same, we aimed to create a global website that stood apart from all others. A large, full-screen visual feast that was tailored for the emerging tablet and mobile space. The mission of the global site was to lead visitors to their regional websites, while also providing a space for people to learn about the vehicles, the brand and their key partners.
Below are examples of the progression of Infiniti.com from a flash-based experience in 2010 up to a responsive mobile-first web experience in 2012.
