As the digital agency of record for Infiniti, our team at Critical Mass were constantly looking for ways to improve the research and shopping experience for our customers. We created a vision of what the regional website experience could be – a responsive experience that centered around a local configuration experience. Through our research, we identified that the majority of customers use manufacturer websites to configure their potential vehicle and features. As such, our web experience focused on the connection between detailed vehicle configuration and their local retailer to provide accurate local pricing, inventory and incentives.
